Every tape recorder you can play, in the order you reach them: what it says, who is speaking, and where it is. The transcripts are the game's own subtitles.
Walk up to the tape recorder (within 1.5 m) and interact with it. Its light turns yellow while the recording plays, and you can play it again as often as you like.
