How to find it
In the hub, against the wall across from the sunken square with the rune machines. The tape recorder lies on a small round stool among blue and purple alien plants, next to a whiteboard on wheels.
Walk up to the tape recorder (within 1.5 m) and interact with it. Its light turns yellow while the recording plays, and you can play it again as often as you like.
