How to find it
In the hub, by the low wall that runs between the two round planters. The tape recorder sits on the small white desk at the end of that wall, with a stool beside it, half hidden by tall purple alien plants. The round pool with the big red tentacled creature is just past the wall.
Walk up to the tape recorder (within 1.5 m) and interact with it. Its light turns yellow while the recording plays, and you can play it again as often as you like.
