Is every answer random?
No. Only four puzzles change between games; every other answer is the same for everyone.

The server room power stops at a bottleneck. Is it a bug?
No. Some servers sit behind colour doors that only open once a certain server has power, so a route that ignores the doors gets stuck. The Routing Power page lists the doors and a route that works for each stage.

We entered 4, 3, 1, 4 for the resin and it still fails.
The block has to sit under each nozzle when that dose is added; a nozzle does not fire into an empty spot. See 3D Resin Mixing.

The laser clue says the third crystal has “an inner fire”. Is it purple?
No, it is red. The decoy crystals share its colour, so the Laser Crystals page shows which one is right.

Dahne's Laboratory: where is the yellow disc?
Players found it in the guinea-pig house by the slide. The shrunk player carries it out, then uses the microwave once full size again.

Where is the memory card for the computer?
A player report says it is in the “hamster cage”. Dr. Dahne's notes in the game talk about the cage of Clive, his guinea pig, so this is most likely that cage.

Voice chat doesn't work.
The in-game voice chat (Vivox) had an outage at launch and the developers said a patch was coming.

Can I save manually? How do I go back to a puzzle?
The game saves at checkpoints. The checkpoint menu lists every chapter and checkpoint you have reached, numbered the same way as our walkthrough (for example 4-3 is Routing Power).

How long is the game?
A developer reply on the Steam forums puts it at 8 to 16 hours.
