How to find it

In a narrow grey maintenance passage with floor grates (a red toolbox and spanners lie at one end). At the far end, next to a small white door, the tape recorder sits on a dark crate.

Walk up to the tape recorder (within 1.5 m) and interact with it. Its light turns yellow while the recording plays, and you can play it again as often as you like.
