How to find it
In the wide corridor at room two's airlock, with square floor panels down the middle. The tape recorder lies on a green supply crate against the wall, between pink coral-like plants and a row of green lockers.
Walk up to the tape recorder (within 1.5 m) and interact with it. Its light turns yellow while the recording plays, and you can play it again as often as you like.
