The World Beyond the Rift, Farpoint Outpost, Room one
How to find it
Outside the corner of room one, facing the yellow walkway that leads to the big glowing flower. The tape recorder lies on the low green console next to an old computer on wheels; the OBSERVATION DECK sign is across the way.
Walk up to the tape recorder (within 1.5 m) and interact with it. Its light turns yellow while the recording plays, and you can play it again as often as you like.
