Concerning: All Personnel
This is a reminder to our American citizens that the Republic States Postal Service will be CLOSED from next Thursday. No more fuel for deliveries - no more letters. If you wish to communicate with your families, please contact Human Resources, who will attempt to connect you via a 200 word fax. I'm afraid that word count is an absolute maximum. With rolling blackouts the time to and energy required to print every fax must be taken into consideration.
