Hidden keys
Two keys hidden in the two rooms on the way to the final elevator, one in each room. Each goes in the slot in its own room; the glass doors open fully once both are in.

Inside, the left door's chain only works with the Hook Gun; the right one works by hand or hook. Find the two hidden keys and put each in its slot: the glass doors open fully with both.

Where to find it
No item spot is random: the game files place every item in the same spot in every game. Some items exist several times at once, such as the fuses in the Time Maze. From the game files: the area is loaded at these checkpoints. A door on the way can still be locked at some of them.
How to find it
In the right room on the way to the elevator: on top of the cardboard box beside the grey medical cart with the screen and keyboard, next to a blue sofa.
