ASUNTO: SIN ASUNTOTardé cuatro meses, ¡cuatro meses!, solo en llegar a mi entrevista de trabajo en Norček. El único barco que aceptó llevarme desde Inglaterra fue este velero, que ni siquiera sé cuántos años tiene. Después fueron dos semanas de cuarentena y casi tres meses atravesando la República Americana entre camiones militares y un tren de paneles solares que paraba cada cuatro horas para recargarse. Norček al menos tenía combustible para el viaje en barco hasta la Antártida. Aunque no sé si tendrán suficiente combustible para llevarnos de vuelta.

It took me four months - four months! - just to get to my job interview at Norček . The only ship that would take me from England was this sailing yacht, I don't even know how old. Then it was two weeks in quarantine, and nearly three months getting across the American Republic by a mix of army truck and solar-panel train that had to stop every four hours to recharge. Thank goodness Norček at least had some fuel for the boat down to Antarctica. Although I'm not sure if they have enough fuel to get us back...
