The energy crisis threatened to destroy Norček too. After all, we are an international company, and our people were scattered across the globe.
But we believe that this weakness was also what made us strong. Our people, determined and resolute, would not be held back by disaster.
We reached out to each other. Forged new connections. Found new answers to the crisis of this moment. Through hard work and friendship, Norček began to build again.
