How it works:
1. Stabilizes Rift 0
2. Harvest Jestrons from ambient environment
3. Wirelessly transmits them to a waiting collector on other side.
4. The Collector transmits to large "super-accumulators" and from there sent to power grids around the world
The dish collects transmitted energy and stores it in a batacitor for transmission to grids around the world.
